How can I pay for my orders on the Martino Midali website?

You can pay by choosing one of the following payment methods proposed during the purchase process:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Diners, JCB)
• Paypal
• Bank transfer
• Payment on cash on delivery, only for deliveries in Italy.

What are the details to be able to pay by bank transfer?

The bank transfer must be made to the following bank details:

• Iban code: IT30K0503401688000000000686
• Banking institute: BANCO BPM SPA In the name of MIDALI SRL
• BIC / SWIFT code: BAPPIT21312 (for transfers from abroad)

Always remember to indicate the order number as the reason for the transfer.

I placed an order by choosing bank transfer. When should I do it?

Payment by bank transfer must be made, through your home banking service or at the bank counter, after receiving the order confirmation via email.

Your order will be processed right after we have viewed the credit of the transfer to our bank account.

The order will be cancelled if we have not received the credit transfer within five working days.

Where can I send a copy of the bank transfer I made?

It is not necessary to send us a copy of the payment, but if you want to do so, you can send it to us via email at customerservice@martinomidali.com

Can I pay for my purchase with cash on delivery?

Yes, but only if your order is shipping to Italy. Payment with cash on delivery has an additional cost of 5 euros on the total order, to be paid on delivery directly to the courier.

Can I pay for my online purchase in the store chosen for collection?

No, payment with cash on delivery is only available for home deliveries in Italy. The store collection method is only available upon online payment.
