What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping is always free if you collect your purchase at one of the Martino Midali boutiques.
Costs for home delivery by courier or at an agreed collection point will be communicated to you in your Shopping Bag before completing the purchase.
If the Customer, during the online purchase, chooses the payment method 'payment on delivery', it will add € 5.00 for the management of the cash on delivery, which is not refundable in case of return.
Delivery usually takes 3-6 working days, up to 10 days.
The products are delivered via the BRT courier in Italy, or the DHL Express courier outside the Italian territory, from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
Always choose an address where someone can pick it up. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or a concierge, please also indicate the contact person's name.
If I place an order online, can I collect it in a Martino Midali boutique?
You can place your order online and collect it for free in the boutique.
It's easy: add the items to the cart, and during the purchase phase, you can choose the boutique that you prefer, and that is most convenient for you.
At the time of collection, you only need the order number and an identification document.
Can I collect the order at any Martino Midali boutique?
The pick-up in the boutique is available at all the points of sale listed during the purchase phase, in which you can select the closest boutique to you.
How much time do I have to collect the order in the boutique?
You have 30 days from the arrival of your order in the store. The store staff will contact you via email or telephone once your order is ready for collection.
In case of non-collection, we will proceed with the refund arrangement.
How can I check the status of the shipment?
The Tracking Number in the shipping confirmation email is a code that allows you to track the shipment in real-time on the courier's website.
You can track the shipment directly from the "My orders" section if you are a Registered Customer.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier comes to deliver my order?
First, the courier will make a further delivery attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice with their contact details, and your order will be deposited in storage at a collection point.
Then our Customer Service will contact you to arrange the delivery by appointment or ask for a new delivery address.
If we are unable to deliver your order or you are unable to collect your order from the collection point, the package will return to our warehouse after a few days.
In which countries do you deliver?
We ship to all the countries listed during the purchase phase.
If you are in a country that is not on the list, contact our Customer Service for assistance on how to make a purchase.
For countries outside the European Union, customs fees are added to the shipping costs, which the recipient will pay upon delivery to the courier.
In case of payment on delivery, is it possible to collect the order in the boutique?
No, in the case of a purchase with payment on delivery, the pick-up in a boutique isn't available.
