Buying on martinomidali.com is quick and easy:

- browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in

- on the product details page, select the colour and the size you prefer

- click on "Add to Shopping Bag"

- a summary window will open, click on "View Shopping Bag" or "Proceed to checkout"

- enter your shipping address and payment information

You can check and edit the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time, and you can pay with credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, or by bank transfer. For deliveries in Italy, it is also possible to pay in cash on delivery.

 

Do I have to register to complete the purchase?

 

No, you don't have to be registered on our website to make purchases.

However, registration is fast, free, secure and gives you access to many benefits:

How can I check the status of the shipment?

 

The order confirmation email indicates the tracking number, which allows you to track the shipment in real-time on the courier's website.

If you are a Registered User, you can also track the shipment directly in the "My orders" section.

 

Can I change my order before its shipped?

 

The change is possible before the logistics department has finished processing the order and completed the fulfilment operations. If you have changed your mind, we recommend contacting Customer Service immediately, who will check the status of your request.

In any case, within ten days of delivery of the order, you can request a return for any reason. Find more information in "Returns, Exchanges, Refunds" and "Terms and Conditions".
