The event for the launch of 'La Stoffa della Mia Vita' - Un intreccio di trama e ordito” at the Maison Martino Midali in via Fratelli Bronzetti 23 in Milan, was a great success.

The venue was structured three separate but connected areas: the showroom used for the press and the main focus of the interview could hardly contain the number of journalists and guests attending. The presentation was streamed live with a maxi-screen in the courtyard, set up for the evening with white seats surrounded by flourishing vegetation. Thus, in the historical showroom, using two other screens, a documentary trail was set up, retracing the highlights of the designer's biography.

The event was hosted by Jo Squillo, ambassador of the campaign against violence against women, who along with Midali shares the commitment to social issues that affect them closely, and with the contribution of writer Cinzia Alibrandi, a literate with a diploma in dramatic arts, who has been able to bring back to paper the memories and path of a genuine self-made man.

It was a festive evening presentation with personalities and historical figures who have always been Martino Midali's supporters.

The most touching moment? Jo Squillo's emotion as she remembered her late mother, also a great fan of the designer. Amid the final applause, a long waiting line developed to get an autograph on the freshly purchased copy.

Afterwards, a cocktail party followed, including a special tasting of Rose Gold Spumante Brut offered by The BOTTEGA SPA winery and macarons by Enrico Rizzi, the renowned milanese name with its boutique in Via Correnti 5.
