By choosing the option “Click & Collect” during the online purchase procedure on the website www.martinomidali.com you will have the possibility to pay online your purchases and withdraw in the point of sale you have personally chosen. Furthermore, the option “Click & Collect” doesn’t have any plus withdrawal cost: moreover, with the pick-up in the shop the shipment will be totally free, without any minimum of expense.
Your order will be available within a maximum of ten days at the point of sale you have chosen for the withdrawal; within the period you will receive an email from the shop in which you will be informed that your order is ready to be collected.
At the point of sale, you will be asked for an identity document to collect your purchase. If it’s not you personally to collect your own order, please let us know first by replying to the email in which we inform you that it is possible to proceed with the collection (see point 1), by indicating name and surname of the person charged to retire the purchased product. The sales staff will fill in and sign the "withdrawal form".
The delivered purchases done with a different procedure rather than “Click & Collect” (therefore, all the purchases with withdrawal at your home address) can’t neither be given back at some point or replaced at the point of sales. It is possible to replace in the shop clothing garments only and exclusively purchased online with the procedure “Click & Collect”.
The point of sale will not provide any kind of refund. The refund of the clothing garments will be carried out by the customer service online, upon request of the return form to the address firstname.lastname@example.org and return them at your charge at our logistics offices at: MIDALI SRL – VIA F.LLI BRONZETTI 23 – 20129 MILANO
If you decide to not withdraw your order (or part of it) you can replace it with goods of equal value within the store or convert the credit into a voucher issued directly from the point of sale and available in all our stores for a period of six months from the emission.
